Came to Palomar Heights due to a stroke and received excellent care. The rehab team and CNAs all contributed to fast progress and recovery. Was anle to transfer to an ARU from here to further rehabilitation.

Give the place a chance it’s not a four star resort, but the staff is amazing. I received excellent wound care. And the staff catered to my special needs.

Palomar Heights Post Acute Rehab took such amazing care of my mom-in-law, Heather, during her battle with end-stage Alzheimer’s/Dementia. They were so compassionate to us during our many visits and communicated with us well when we were not able to be there. From Heather’s case managers, social workers, and the many nurses and staff, such as Anita, Isabel, Debbie, Nakia, Erica, Jessica, and so many others. They made sure she was safe, even moved her to another room to make sure she had the best roommate, Coralee. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are truly angels on earth!
